The Mauldin Theatre Company will present its production of “You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown” at the Mauldin Cultural Center on select days, beginning May 27.
Based on the comic strip “Peanuts” by Charles M. Schulz, the play follows Charlie Brown and his friends as they explore life’s great questions through playing baseball, struggling with homework, singing songs, swooning over their crushes and celebrating the joy of friendship.
“We’ve had an amazing season at the Mauldin Theatre Company, and I’m so excited to close it out with ‘You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown,’” said Mauldin Cultural Center Theatre and Production Coordinator Kristofer Parker. “This is truly a show for all ages. Audience members will laugh and feel nostalgic watching this beloved story.”
“You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown” is directed by Mia Phillips and stars Mateo Scott, Abbey Sullivan, Jonathan Coffee, Brady Green, Tesla Hennessy and Evan Lawton.
